Here at proof., our core values are not just words on a dusty poster in the break room.

Instead, we actively employ them to provide direction and focus for our activities.

One of our favorite activities at proof. is our charity program we call “proof. Gives Back.”

As part of this program, we volunteer for local events in the different communities we serve across the country:

  • To date, most of the activities we’ve volunteered for have been at the end of the year when people are busy with the holidays.
  • In the future, we’ll be expanding this program to include more volunteer activites throughout the year.
  • We’ll also be expanding this program to include additional charitable efforts throughout the year like free pest control services to those in need!

Christmas Party with Arizonans for Children (Year 2 of this fun event!)

On December 22, 2018, for the second year in a row, many of our Arizona team members volunteered at a Christmas party for foster children event put on by Arizonas for Children.

This is a really cool event for foster children of all ages up through high school. There are presents for the kids, plus various games and activities, plus a fun meal. There are also local cosplay groups who donate their time all decked out in really elaborate costumes.

Some of the activities our team helped with this time included:

  • helping families with small children get their food to table,
  • serving food, handing out Christmas presents,
  • organizing games and activities for children,
  • and, last but not least, cleaning up the party when it was over!

During our packaging session this year, we helped package the following food:

  • 144 boxes
  • 31,104 meals

That’s enough to feed 85 kids for a whole year!

Food Giveaway to Veterans’ Families with Food Bank of the Rockies in Colorado

On November 17th, 2018, our Denver-area branch manager, Mike Rose, volunteered with The Food Bank of The Rockies in Denver to pass out food to needy veteran’s families.

Mike helped loading up shopping carts with food, wheeling the carts out to the families’ vehicles, and load the food into their cars.

Great job, Mike!
