Cockroach Elimination

Here’s How It Works:

Cockroaches breed quickly so we use a 2-visit treatment plan to effectively target and eliminate existing roaches in your home, plus discourage any new ones from moving in.

Service 1

The first part of the service is a detailed inspection of all areas in your home with present or suspected roach activity. Your technician will inspect your home and focus on areas where roaches tend to congregate, such as the kitchen and bathroom(s).

After the inspection, the technician will apply a customized treatment to the areas in your home with suspected or confirmed roach activity.  During this treatment, the technician will apply a product that interferes with the cockroach reproductive cycle and prevents new adults from developing.

The technician will also apply an insecticide to kill active adults. Depending on the type and level of activity, the technician may also use baiting systems or traps to help kill active adults and/or identify the locations where they like to congregate.

Service 2

2 weeks later a technician will perform a second service to monitor progress after the first service and treat any remaining roaches.

30 Day Guarantee

Once the second treatment has been completed, we guarantee your home will be free from roaches for 30 days. If roaches return at any point during that period, simply let us know and we will send out a technician at no cost to you within 1 business day to inspect and treat any new roach activity.

How We Treat For Roaches

Kill Active Adults

The first part of effective roach control is killing as much of the active adult population as possible. Our insecticide treatment targets adult roaches and kills them.

Disrupt their Reproductive Cycle

The next step is to stop new roaches from appearing. For this we use a solution that disrupts their reproductive cycle and prevents new adult roaches from developing. This helps ensure that after the current adult population is killed or forced to move somewhere else there won’t be a new generation of roaches replacing them.

Locate Congregation Areas

For certain roach situations including extreme infestations, it is helpful to locate major roach congregation areas by using bait systems or traps. Once these areas have been identified, then they can be treated to kill active adults and prevent new roaches from developing.
